LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Comedian Amy Schumer has canceled her upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand due to illness.
The Live Under tour, which included several sold-out shows, was due to start at Perth Arena on Dec. 10th and wrap upon December 17th in New Zealand.
In a statement from Live Nation, the promoter said there were no plans to reschedule the tour at this time.
“Unfortunately, due to Amy Schumer’s tight schedule it is not possible to schedule replacement dates however, we will be working to confirm a return to Australia as soon as is practical,” the statement said.
Live Nation did not offer a reason for the tour beyond citing the aforementioned illness. Schumer pulled out of a string of dates in Canada last month, claiming to have lost her voice and noting that she was 'pretty sick.' – Staff Writers
