I didn’t want to start a new thread so I’m posting it here.

In the August 9, 2023 episode, there were flashback scenes of Olivia and Carly’s friendship. In one scene, it showed Carly with long curly hair.

It looked so beautiful on her.

I understand that they flat iron/straighten her hair now, and that her hair is naturally curly.

I wish they would leave it in its natural curly state. It looks so much more attractive.

Thick hair like hers can be beautiful no matter what. It can be curly and wild or it can be blow dried and flat ironed straight, no matter what it looks fabulous.

I always like her curly hair best, except when she had the really really short Bob when she let Felix cut her hair.

I remember when she cut it really short also on GL and looked fabulous. She has the face for any hairstyle.

I love her the most with her natural shorter curlier hair, but she has been blessed with incredible locks, however she wears them.

I feel differently than the majority here. The only thing I agree with in this thread is that her hair looked good in the flashback when it was longer and curly. I know many are not liking my statement here, but I don’t see what you see. I see hair that looks over processed and straw-like. I just don’t find it attractive to look at. jmo. We’ll was differ on the subject and move on.

LW has amazing hair… I do like when she leaves it curly… but I don’t think I have seen her with a cut/style I didn’t like

So Laura said in an interview that the show (I am not sure which soap she was referring to because she was on 3) put in her contact that she can’t wear her hair curly because it’s too distracting. Her hair is naturally curly and depending on the length it gets a little too full apparently for the show. So dumb if that’s the truth.

I’m in the minority. I like her hair better straight.

The way she wears it on the show is distracted, imo. Hooking it behind her ear which makes her ear stand out. The side sweep always looks like she holds her head tilted a little so it doesn’t cover her face/eye. I did notice today the almost white looking piece underneath was a good color. I wish she would dye all her hair that color and would wear it up or pulled back sometimes. It’s always the same boring do.
