The Pennsylvania hunting and trapping season licenses are set to go on sale June 13.
The new license year, beginning on July 1, includes seven weeks of archery deer hunting, a firearms deer season and chance to hunt trophy black bears.
Prices remain unchanged at $20.97 for Pennsylvania residents and $101.97 for nonresidents, according to a release.
However, instructors who are PA residents can purchase a hunting license for $1 and $ 1.97 in fees.
Resident seniors ages 65 and older can purchase one-year license s for $ 13.97 or lifetime licenses for $51.97.
All hunters need to purchase bear licenses to pursue bruins and obtain permits to harvest bobcats, fishers or river otters.

Additional hunting will be offered on three Sundays: Nov. 13, Nov. 20 and Nov. 27, which are open for all species except for turkeys and migratory birds.
Pennsylvania elk hunters in 2022-23 have a total of 178 licenses are available.
Licenses are awarded by lottery and applications can be submitted online or at any license issuing agent. Additional charges are required for each season and drawing.
