In our Lies of P Weeping Woman Truth or Lie Choice guide, we are going to tell you everything you need to know about this side quest. First off, we’ll show you where to find the location of the Weeping Woman. Then, we’ll take you to where her baby is. Lastly, we will tell you what happens depending on what you tell her, aka the “She is a Cute Baby” or “That’s a Puppet” choice. And, of course, which rewards you get in each case. Let’s begin!
';document.getElementById("serge_5f895c6208f81a315320ec57").style.display = "block"; }After you talk with the Weeping Woman in Lies of P, you’ll have to find her baby before you can get to the Truth or Lie choice. Proceed through the game until you reach the Krat City Hall Stargazer. You’ll have to fight the Mad Donkey. Anyway, from the Stagazer, head down the stairs, to the left, and then up the stairs towards the empty fountain. Go up the stairs behind the fountain, then go right. In the far left corner of that little area, there’s an item called Broken Baby Puppet. Run past the big dude guarding it, grab the item and bring it back to the Weeping Woman.
Whether you choose to say “She is a cute baby” or “That’s a puppet” to the Weeping Woman in Lies of P depends on whether you’re doing a Lie or Truth playthrough. Or how you’re playing the character, if you’re more into roleplaying rather than getting every ending. The catch in Lies of P, according to the developers, is that the more you lie, the more human you become. It’s still early, but I assume these choices won’t only change the ending, but possibly things in the game itself.
Anyways, if you tell the Weeping Woman that Elena is a cute baby, she’ll be very grateful to you for your kindness. If you tell her that Elena is just a puppet, she’ll still be grateful, but your words will hurt her. Moreover, she will accuse you of being a liar and warn you of the dark road lying leads you to. Interesting spin, I have to say.
The rewards you get from the Weeping Woman in Lies of P depend on whether you lie to her or not, as explained in the paragraph above. If you lie, the woman will give you one Clear Ergo Fragment and a record called Feel. You can listen to it on the gramophone in the lobby of Krat Hotel. It’s a nice song, but also, I’m pretty sure it does something beyond just a musical break. I don’t know what, though; let me know in the comments if you do. On the other hand, if you tell the truth, the Weeping Woman will only give you the Clear Ergo Fragment.
